Coming soon: My third women’s fiction novel, Her Soul To Keep, is undergoing a final edit; I will be contributing to a third anthology, due later in the year; and I am currently editing  my fourth novel, based on real-life experiences of life in the service industry. Dates to be published soon.

November 2017: Latest news – A busy time coming up! Not only have I contributed to the anthology A Different Kind of Kent by the Writers of Whitstable to be published on 1st December, but my first novel, From This Day Forward will be published very soon. Check out details for the Whitstable Literary Festival in May 2017. I will be volunteering this year, rather than hosting a talk or walk, but still good to get close to all those books! Please note the venue change from The Horsebridge to The Castle.

Be My Guest, a 30-part serial, will be published in The People’s Friend between September 2016 and January 2017.

Thank you to everyone who came on my walk relating to my book, Whitstable Through Time, as part of the Whitstable Biennale (June 2016). We were five minutes ahead of the thunderstorm – always a good thing!

Written Aloud event: I will be at the Written Aloud event at the Hazlitt Theatre, Maidstone, on Friday 17th October 2014. Tickets £10. Open mic session too.

Whitstable Through Time has been published (April 2014) and is a photographic record of the changes in the historic, quirky and delightful town of Whitstable. 90 old images are paired with 90 modern-day shots with captions explaining historic and up-to-date detail. Maunsell Forts Article: My photo-journalism article on the Maunsell Forts will appear in the November 6th The People’s Friend Special 80. The Forts have sat rusting into the Thames Estuary since World War II – a spectacular sight and a compelling story.

Short Story: Make It, Bake It, my short story, was published in People’s Friend on Saturday 25th May 2013.
